Let’s get physically rooted this lovely Saturday morning, hold each pose 10 to 12 breaths and repeat 3x if desired.
Use the affirmations from the previous week as your mantra (focus) as you work thru these poses, breathing in and out slowly
Your body can hold stress for a certain amount of time, but there’s a threshold at which point it breaks- manifesting disease (dis-EASE).
Each person’s threshold is different and it’s likely that your body was giving you other signs that may have been mild prior to the one you find serious.
Similarly to tests in life - like you keep hitting these same issues... they’re small but the same theme .. eventually God is like you know what.. and *BOOM* huge problem for you to get out of, sometimes life or death. *evolve or repeat*
I’d like to believe that God and the Universe are loving and give/have given us all that we need. I also believe we aren’t given anything we can’t handle to this point
BUT there comes a moment when Source is like .. “you know what... you not gone keep missing these lessons either.”
Sometimes it does takes a big one to truly “get it.”
This goes for your mental health as well, manifesting inot the physical.
For example, stress..
could show up as anxiety
and then show up as sleeplessness
and then show up in another way
and you keep ignoring it or putting it off and BOOM over time, you have a heart attack.
This is why it’s SO important to manage mental health (and physical health)
Meditate. Therapy. Removing yourself from the situation if possible.
Whatever you have to do for you, bc if you can address it at first sight, perhaps it won’t progress.
They don’t teach us how imperative to life it is to dig deep, even if that means asking for help to figure it out.
This is our human experience, make the best out of it
